The Kirkwood Studio is a 600+ square foot natural light space designed for photographers and creatives who value simplicity, consistency, and a clean aesthetic.

With white walls, light wood laminate flooring, and both north- and east-facing windows, the studio offers soft, steady natural light throughout the day. The space functions as a blank canvas, allowing your work and your clients to take center stage.

Whether you’re photographing families, newborns, branding sessions, or creative projects, the studio is designed to feel open, neutral, and thoughtfully minimal.

rental rates

The rental fee is $100/hour with a one hour minimum.

An all day pass for the studio is $400 for Monday-Thursday and $600 for Friday-Sunday.

Rental time must include setup, teardown, and cleanup. Please book accordingly.

The studio is intentionally kept simple so you can style it to fit your creative vision.

Studio GUIDELINES

To protect the space and ensure a smooth experience for all creatives, the following policies apply:

    • No alcohol of any sort is allowed in studio unless you request and receive written consent from owner.

    • Absolutely no nails, pins or tape on the walls for the purpose of hanging.

    • No materials that can cause damage to walls or floors are allowed, such as: spray tan, confetti, glitter, paint or any hard to clean substances unless given written consent by owner.

    • Smoking (including any kind of recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.

    • No flames are permitted in the studio.

    • Studio must be cleaned and returned to its original state before the end of your booking.

    • Studio must be locked when leaving.

    • You must inform owner of any damages or concerns of cleanliness immediately.

    • No pets allowed.

    • Please keep volume to a reasonable level that respects the business next door.

    • You must include set-up, tear down and clean up time during your rental. Other photographers will be right behind you on the schedule, be courteous and have the area ready for them. Do not go over your scheduled session time.

    • Do not drag props and furniture across the floors. Pick them up and move them properly to avoid damaging the studio. Return all items to their original location when finished.

    • No more than 10 guests are allowed in studio at a given time unless written consent is received from owner.

    • Full refunds only issued if notice is received 48 hours before start of rental time.

The studio operates on a scheduled booking system, and other photographers may be scheduled immediately before or after your rental. Please be mindful of your time slot and ensure the space is ready for the next creative.
